1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PG Platform ("Service"), operated by the business owner ("we", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed monthly at the rates listed on the checkout page. The tenant-count ladder determines pricing and limits. See Pricing section for details.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

4. Grace Period

If a renewal payment fails: Days 1–3 you retain full access with a warning banner. Days 4–7 your account enters read-only mode. Day 8 onward access is locked until payment method is updated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store content that violates the rights of third parties. Tenant personal data must be collected with consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [CITY — TO BE FILLED BY LAWYER].
